Our Booking Process

Step One

You’ll start of by filling out our inquiry form to tell us about your wedding or event. After we receive it, I’ll send you an email with a link to a questionnaire that’ll helps me prepare your proposal.

The questionnaire is designed to get a feel for the style and vibe you’re going for, and it also gives you a chance to look through everything we offer — complete with pricing — so you can pick and choose what you love and what fits comfortably within your budget. BTW nothing is final at this stage, just a starting point

Step Three

If everything feels perfect and you’re excited to move forward with us, we’ll send over an invoice where you can review and sign the contract and pay your deposit. Once the deposit is submitted and the contract is signed, your date is officially reserved — and we can begin bringing your floral vision to life!

Step Two

After you submit your questionnaire, please allow 3–5 business days for me to create a personalized mood board and an initial floral estimate. Once everything is ready, you’ll receive an email with your design preview and a link to book a consultation call. During that call, we’ll go over the estimate together, talk through your vision, and make any adjustments needed to bring your floral ideas to life.

Step Four 

After booking, we’ll stay in touch through email as your date approaches. A few weeks before your wedding, we’ll schedule a final call to review every detail and make sure everything is perfectly in place.

When the big day comes, you can breathe easy knowing we’ve got your florals covered so you can just be present.
